Good contractor selection is more than collecting a few names. We put the scope, credentials, bids, and working expectations side by side before the first deposit is made.

Verify directly with local authorities
STEP 01

Define the real scope

We document priorities, constraints, target timing, and the decisions a contractor needs in order to price the same job.

STEP 02

Screen the contractor

Licensing, insurance, relevant experience, references, business identity, and proposal completeness are checked before a recommendation.

STEP 03

Compare the bids fairly

We flag allowances, exclusions, vague language, and missing steps so the lowest number does not quietly become the most expensive choice.

STEP 04

Manage the moving parts

Milestones, decisions, site questions, change requests, and punch-list items stay visible through completion.

Respectful, practical cleanouts

When a home needs a fresh start.

We help families, landlords, property managers, and real-estate professionals organize the job and move it forward—without judgment and without unnecessary confusion.

Clear oversight. Fewer surprises.

Our role is to make the work legible: who is responsible, what is included, what is due next, and which decisions could affect the schedule or budget.

Local screening

County-specific contractor licensing is treated as a starting point, then paired with insurance, references, and job-fit review.

Documented decisions

Scope questions, milestones, selections, and change requests are brought into one clear working conversation.

Good questions, clear answers

What homeowners ask before getting started.

Learn how contractor screening, project oversight, cleanouts, pricing, and service coverage work.

Have a different question? Ask the voice assistant for an immediate answer based on the information on this site.

What do you check when vetting a contractor?

We review county licensing where applicable, current insurance, business identity, relevant project experience, references, and proposal completeness. We also compare the scope, allowances, exclusions, and payment milestones so each bid can be evaluated on the same basis.

Are you the contractor performing the work?

No. We help homeowners define the job, evaluate contractor options, and coordinate the project. The selected contractor remains responsible for the construction work, permits, staffing, and trade performance described in the agreement.

Do you guarantee a contractor or the final result?

No screening process can eliminate every risk or guarantee future performance. Our role is to strengthen your due diligence, make proposals easier to compare, and keep responsibilities and decisions visible throughout the project.

What types of projects can you help manage?

We support kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, siding, extensions, whole-home renovations, and other residential improvement work. If the project falls outside those categories, describe it to us and we will tell you whether it fits our service.

How does pricing work?

Fees depend on the scope, complexity, timeline, and level of coordination required. Cleanouts are priced after a walkthrough or a detailed review of the property. Contractor quotes are separate. You will receive a clear explanation of our fee and what it covers before deciding to move forward.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve communities throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties—from Great Neck, Hempstead, Garden City, Long Beach, and Massapequa to Huntington, Babylon, Islip, Smithtown, Patchogue, Riverhead, Southampton, East Hampton, and Montauk. See the full service-area list above, or call to confirm a nearby village or hamlet.

What kinds of property cleanouts do you coordinate?

We coordinate estate, hoarding, eviction, pre-sale, and general property cleanouts. The process starts with a walkthrough and scope, followed by labor and removal planning and a final-condition review.
